Who should take the test?
Our immune system reacts to food, pollen, animal scales, mites, and cockroaches, which, although foreign to the body, should not actually pose a threat. As soon as the foreign substances – the allergens – come into contact with the skin, mucous membranes, or the gastrointestinal tract, protein compounds are released, which then attach to the antibodies. This results in a variety of different symptoms. This effect is an exaggerated immune response.
